RECAP
During week 4 we decided to work as a group doing the social media. We didn’t actually use some of the strategies that we said we were going to use. Which had we used the strategies we looked up we might have reached more of our goals. Here were our goals for the week…
Week 4 Goals
Instagram- 510 followers
Facebook- 150 likes
Twitter- 60 followers, 15 retweets, 20 likes
Snapchat-Continue to add friends, and grow our stories
Youtube- 78 subscribers, 200 views
Twitch- Continue to upload content
Results:
Instagram- So last week we only did 5 posts rather than 9. We ended with 481 Followers, and totaling at 195 likes for the 5 posts. Our posts included some pictures and some videos with longer captions.
Facebook- 99 likes, we did not post very much on facebook this week.
Twitter- 52 followers, 3 retweets. We jumped on the sports bandwagon and tweeted about the world cup.
Snapchat-We continued giving the interns all a turn to take over the snapchat. We reached 30 views on our snapchat stories.
Youtube- Here we reached 74 subscribers, and the video for the week reached 37 views
Twitch- We are continuing our journey of uploading our content it takes a lot longer than you would think.
Week 5
For the rest of the summer we will continue to work as a team for the social media experiments. This week we have set some new goals based on our results from last week and are going to try out some new strategies.
Goals:
Instagram- 505 followers
Facebook- 110 likes
Twitter- 60 followers, 5 retweets
Snapchat- 50 views
Youtube- 80 subscribers, 100 views
Twitch- upload more content
Strategies:
Instagram-This week is the week of giveaways, we are going to try and reach more people and get them engaged by doing some giveaways because who doesn’t like free stuff?
Facebook-Post more things, we don’t really post a lot of different things on facebook.
Twitter- Continue to join conversations on twitter, and tweeting about relevant things like sports.
Snapchat- Continue to give the interns days to take over the snapchat and see what kind of content people enjoy the most.
Youtube- Last week we didn’t post a lot of videos, so I think this week we are simple going to try and come up with some more videos to post this week.
Twitch- Upload, Upload, Upload
